The Research On Gui Youguang’s Gift-preface

Gift-preface is a kind of literary style of strong application,originated from the ancient "words of advice given" tradition,evolved from the poem-preface.The earliest form of "gift-preface at parting" prevailed in the Tang Dynasty,there appeared "said the word" and "wish birthday-preface" in Song Dynasty and Ming Dynasty.The gift-preface provides important data for our study of writers’ creation and a period of literary atmosphere and literary communication.Gui Youguang is the most outstanding achievement of Ming and Qing Dynasty prose masters.This article takes the "gift-preface"as a research object,and collects,collates and analysis the relevant materials,and tries to grasp the creative content,thought and artistic connotation of the Gui Youguang’s gift-preface.This thesis is composed of introduction and three chapters.Introduction,The first part combed with gift-preface’s stylistic background and evolution.the second part published comment on the Gui Youguang’s gift-preface of scholars in the Qing Dynasty,according to the late Ming Dynasty scholars,Tongcheng School writers,And other various orders tease out evolution of Gui Youguang’s gift-preface accept history in the Qing Dynasty.The third part to review existing research results of Gui Youguang’s gift-preface.The first chapter,prevue Gui Youguang and his gift-preface,This chapter is consists of two sections.In the first section,explores the claims of Gui Youguang,from two concurrent:academic claims and literary claims.Discussion on academic claims,combined with the Tang-Song School various other claims,find out the unique culture claims of Gui Youguang;explore the article claims,found in relation to the popular revivalist literature progress.The second section relates the origin and tendency of Gui Youguang’s creation,origin of creation according to the object classification is presented,analysis tendency of creation by compare Gui Youguang’s gift-preface with his "matter of relatives" lyric prose.The second chapter,summarize and analyze the main content involved in the three types of gift-preface,this chapter is consists of three sections,respectively discuss according to the sequence of gift-preface at parting,wish birthday preface,said the word,Gift-preface at parting main send to officials and scholars,the author’s attention lies in the political party of the political affairs,the text important expresses the dissatisfaction of the official system and the election system of the imperial examinations and the praise of the virtuous officials.The amount of wish birthday preface is largest in the Gui Youguang’s three types of gift-preface,No matter the person is male or female,the author has focused on bless them with integrity,meanwhile,the love of his hometown is also full of words between the lines.Said the word’s donation object is divided into peers and younger generation,Gui Youguang interpretation of their nickname and name,the text to describe his personality ideal,acting to exhort and the younger generation.In the third chapter,discuss the connotation of the thought and art of the preface,which is divided into two sections.The first section explores the cultural ideas in the proclaimed text,and has two:the practical literature view,the Blend of Confucianism,Buddhism and Taoism.The second quarter refer to the performance of the gift-preface,mainly cut in from the text style,rhetoric point of view.
