From the blind exploration at the beginning of Shanghai Fine Art School,to follow the development and learn other countries' art education,such as Japan,Britain and France,and then combined the local situation and self-renewed,Shanghai Fine Art School Ultimately formed its own educational curriculum system.This development process was a historical epitome of the development of the early years of art school in China.This thesis summarizes how the curriculum system of Shanghai Fine Art School could be created and systematically developed from the perspective of historical philology.In this procedure,it also analyzed the four elements' development of curriculum system in Shanghai Fine Art School in detail.Firstly,It had been analyzed the inner meaning of Shanghai Fine Art school from three dimensions,based on the overall goal of the course,the subject of objectives and teaching objectives.Secondly,three conclusions had been concluded according to the curriculum department history of Shanghai Fine Art School and its course sources.The curriculum system of Shanghai Fine Art School was learned from the art schools in Japan,Britain and France and so on,generalized the experiences of other art schools in China,and innovated by themselves.Based on this,the thesis analyzed the selection and organizational characteristics of the course contents,including the establishment of scientific nature,effectiveness,and complementarity of organization.Thirdly,the thesis researched the course content of Shanghai Fine Art School,and analyzed the situations of faculty,teaching methods and textbooks.The greatest progress in curriculum was to promote the course of sketching.And academic communication in the field of art also owed to the academic lectures.The construction of teachers and teaching materials were two powerful driving forces for the development of the curriculum.Finally,the student achievement had been taken as the main object of research.The method of achievement examination was the new exploration of Shanghai Fine Art School.In addition,the exhibitions of various student achievement also enriched the curriculum evaluation methods.
