Analysis And Evaluate The Efficiency Of The Culturalindustry Based On DEA

Cultural industry has been regarded as pillar in the development of China due to outstanding contribution to the social,economic and cultural fields,efficiency research is crucial for Cultural industry.Cultural needs and Cultural consumptions is more higher than before,the cultural industry has become a promising sunrise industry,as a measure of efficiency for investment into the conditions,can bring the greatest possibility to meet the degree of utilization index widely used in various fields.Study on China’s cultural industry theory and practice needs more efforts.Based on the development of cultural industry have to measure industry of efficiency,Namely,there is no mention to the future of any industry without efficiency.Meanwhile,Efficency of cultural industry also contributes to build socialist cultural nation,enhance the national cultural soft power.At present,How to improve the efficiency of cultural industry,How to improve or maintain the efficiency of cultural industry is the focus of attention of enterprises,government and academia.This paper is divided into six parts:in the first part,firstly introduces the research background and significant of the paper,then points out the research ideas,methods and innovations,To provide theoretical support for following study;The second part is the literature review of domestic and foreign literature,and introduces the content,classification and characteristics of the cultural industry;The third part makes analysis on current situation of cultural industry from the National Bureau of statistics and discriminates chances and challenges what cultural industry had faced:the prospect of cultural industry development,broad based security capabilities continue to strengthen,public cultural service system has achieved remarkable results,but there is relative shortage of capital investment and industrial waste,cultural products and services with the potential demand the unbalanced development of the phenomenon of coexistence;The fourth part makes an empirical analysis of the cultural industry,firstly,theoretical introduction of DEA model and DEA-malmquist index,and then build the evaluation efficiency of cultural industry in the input and output indicators and indicators according to the collected statistical data,finally through the DEA based model and DEA-malmquist index method respectively from static and dynamic analysis of the 2010-2014 national cultural industry efficiency,and by means of projection provide analysis,adjust the direction of the invalid decision making units;The fifth part including the empirical results,there are following conclusions:(1)China’s cultural industry efficiency is not ideal,the effective distance of DEA is a long distance,the input-output efficiency ratio did not reach the expected main source in scale efficiency and pure technical efficiency is invalid due to approaching the efficiency frontier,should reduce excess investment and increase output value.(2)the economic factors have some influence on the regional cultural industry.(3)invalid decision making units are in the state of increasing returns to scale,which means to maintain a certain level of input-output ratio,expand the scale of investment,can increase the added value of cultural products or services.(4)China’s cultural industry has been developed,largely due to the improvement of technical efficiency,but the pure technical efficiency,scale efficiency is the future development of China’s cultural industry needs to be paid attention to.And put forward specific suggestions,including cultural industry system level,use of local cultural resources,with the help of creativity,promoting industrial integration,promote the digitalization and networking,in order to help for the future development of China’s cultural industry construction.The sixth part is the outlook of this paper,pointing out the inadequacies of this research,and outlining a vision for better efficiency research.
