Today's social progress and economic development has greatly enhanced the demand of culture and tourism-related products.Based on this,many countries integrate it into national strategic industry and start to develop related industry with putting forward to combine them.Therefore,how can we promote culture and tourism resource integration and share,achieving the relationship between them is the current academic research issue and an industry-develop problem.According to ten years of economic data from 2005 to 2015 about Beijing,Papering for Beijing of culture and tourism industry development status used system coupled theory to build coupled development evaluation model to discussed out culture and tourism industry of coupled coordination level,and coupled features and type.The paper researched coupled process in the coordination level and coupled type of changes analysis reasons on Beijing,and proposed corresponding of development countermeasures recommends on related theory for currently Beijing coupled coordination development problem.
