| Objectives: Autism spectrum disorder is a group of neurodevelopmental disorder,which is deficit in social interaction,linguistic communication and repetitive stereotyped behavior.Social function of individuals with ASD,especially decision making were injured seriously.The decision making is means that the process of selecting one from multiple options,which have a great impact on one’s life.Recently,more and more research about the process of decision-making in individuals with ASD,but simple methods and single participants group were used to study.This study from the perspective of both behavioral performance and electrophysiological method,explore the characteristics of decision-making process in autistic traits population and its neural mechanisms.Method:(1)Subjects: Collecting 30 undergraduates with high autism trait and 25 with low autism traits.Excluding mental illnesses or family history of mental illnesses,and all subjects are Han,right-handed,normal intelligence,vision or corrected vision is normal.(2)AQ and IRI-C scale: All subjects completed AQ scale and IRI-C scale.(3)IGT paradigm: This study used a modified version IGT paradigm.All subjects were asked to randomly choose 50 and 100 chips,ERPs data collected in the experiment process.Results:(1)Behavioral performance results: The two groups exists the main block effects.The group with high level autism trait is markedly lower than the group with low autism traits.(2)ERPs results: The study on N1,and P3 and FRN three a components for analysis.The results shows that the N1 and P3 components exists intensity main effect,but group and feedback type are no significantly differences;FRN components exists interaction effect in feedback type,intensity and group.Further analysis find that high autism traits group and low autism traits group in 50 condition exists differences;FRN amplitude and AQ total correlation analysis shows that FRN amplitude and AQ total scores exists significantly relation.(2)ERSP results: The frequency spectrum analysisfind that are transported under the loss selections of 50 and 100,high spectrum of autistic traits group activates significantly less than the low group of autistic traits,ERSP results associated with AQ scores significantly.Conclusion: The deficit of decision-making behavior in autistic traits population,especially for negative feedback stimulation,and the individuals with high autistic traits is in accordance with ASD autism spectrum characteristics in the deficit of decision making. |
