| Positive emotions can expand thinking,build personal resources,help people to enhance the resilience to meet the challenges of the parties,for the development of the individual is of great significance.This study is guided by the concept of positive psychology,and based on the broaden-and-build theory of positive emotions and 10 kinds of positive emotions which was proposed by Fredrickson,combined with the existing research on positive emotions,and the design and implementation of group intervention program based on the group dynamics theory,this study aims to test the group intervention scheme’s effectiveness and suitability as well as the long-term effect.In this study,40 college students aged 18-24 years were selected by the way of recruitment,and the experimental group was selected as the experimental group to enter the intervention for once a week,every time last about 90 minutes,a total of 10 times.And the other 20 were used as the blank control group.Using the emotion scale and SCL-90,the pretest,posttest,and the 3 months after the intervention were measured,and at the same time,in the early and middle stage of the intervention,the intervention effect was evaluated by interviews,finally the self-reported questionnaire is carried after the intervention.Through the analysis of these data and qualitative data,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)the group intervention program designed by this study has a good effect and long-term effect on the promotion of College Students’ positive emotion(2)positive emotional group intervention can significantly improve the level of mental health of College Students(3)the design and implementation of intervention programs have a great influence on the effect of group intervention(4)to improve the effect of positive emotion intervention need to notice emotional characteristics... |
