| Under the background of the deepening trust crisis affected social stability,as a member of the social system,people often led to the lack of trust.This was a distressing social phenomenon.Therefore,the study of interpersonal trust was particularly urgent.Overview of the previous literature,the research object about interpersonal trust often focused on college students and ordinary middle school students.There was little research on secondary vocational school students.However,the particularity of the students in secondary vocational school made them have more time and space in the development of communication and social skills.So the study of interpersonal trust of vocational students,and took practical measures to actively intervene,helped students develop good interpersonal relationships,and it had important practical significance for them to enter the society and promote social harmony.Based on the results of previous studies,the present study was conducted on two secondary vocational schools in Hebei province by using the Interpersonal Trust Scale which was compiling by Rotter J.B.By analyzing the present situation of secondary school students interpersonal trust scale,according to the dimensions and interview analysis results,combined with psychology related theories and methods,designed a complete sense of interpersonal trust to improve vocational students’ group intervention program,a total of eight weeks of the intervention,through the comparison between the experimental group and the control group,the results proved that effectiveness of intervention.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The total score of interpersonal trust of secondary vocational school students was78.08,which was in the middle level.(2)There were gender differences in the interpersonal trust of secondary vocational school students,which were embodied in: in the dimension of trust between the intimate and others,there were significant differences between male and female.(3)There were grade differences in the interpersonal trust of the secondary vocational school students,which were embodied in the following aspects: the trust value of social phenomenon and the total score of interpersonal trust.The scores of interpersonal trust andsocial phenomenon trust of the three students were the highest,followed by the second grade,and the last one was the first grade.(4)The interpersonal trust of secondary vocational school students were different in family income,embodied in: in the dimension of intimate trust and others,family income for the 1000-3000 test was the highest score,followed by high scores for family income in3000-5000,the lowest score for the family monthly income of more than 5000 participants;on the social phenomenon of the dimensions of trust on household monthly income of more than 5000 participants with the highest scores,the second high family income in 1000-3000,the lowest score for family income 3000-5000 subjects.(5)There was no significant difference in the interpersonal trust of the secondary vocational school students in the family type,class cadre,whether the only child or not.(6)Group counseling could effectively improve the level of interpersonal trust. |
