Techniques And Application Of Stop-motion Animation In Digital Times With Internet

Stop-motion animation is one of the classical types of animation which has been given new contents and skills in digital times with internet.This paper reviewed the history and current status of stop-motion animation,summarized the new methods and techniques,and concluded the characteristics of Chinese animation.It also proposed the developmental trends of stop-motion animation in digital times,in combination with the network and digital skills.At the end of this paper,the author also made a short introduction to his own artwork with application of the skills derived from stop-motion animation.
