With the rapid development of our society and the enhancement of people’ s living standards,people pay more attention to spiritual life.The acquirement,appreciation and practice of the art of music are regarded as an integral part in the spiritual culture.Like the classroom instruction of music,extracurricular activities of music,an important part in school music education,serves as a main way to cultivate students’ aesthetic judgment,a significant method to accomplish aesthetic education,and a sential means to perfect overall education of music and to examine the quality of music education.There is a long history of extracurricular activities of music in China and these activities is given a priority by a great number of parents and students as well as people of vision in our government,schools and society.Distorted in the Great Culture Revolution and fixed during the period of reform and opening,extracurricular activities of music breathed new life.In the 21st century,extracurricular activities of music were required at schools in the strategic program of development and social forces were encouraged to step into schools,thereby enabling extracurricular activities of music to become ones with better quality and to be suitable for people in a wider range.In the practice of extracurricular activities of music,schools are more likely to combine with social training agencies to host extracurricular activities of music,which is widely accepted and is in the ascendant.Such trend represents the new fashion of extracurricular activities of music.As a post-90,the author experienced the development of ability-oriented education in the new curriculum reform and would like to express what I reflected on this phenomenon.In this article,the author took five districts in Changsha as a chief resource and did a further investigation on the entering of social arts training organization in music extracurricular activities in primary and middle schools.Through the exposition of this article,the author hopes to provide some suggestions and thoughts of sustainable development on music extracurricular activities.This article is made up of four Chapters.Chapter one is the brief introduction.The author states the historical status of extracurricular activities of music by looking up historical documents and retrospects her own experience as a student and a teacher in such activities,through which the author comes to the reason and meaning of this research.Also,the author makes a brief statement on research status of music extracurricular activities,basic study route and methods of this article.Chapter two is the phenomena analysis on the entering of social arts training organization in music extracurricular activities in primary and middle schools.It states the ways and teaching model of music extracurricular activities in primary and middle schools.Chapter three is the reason analysis on entering of social arts training organization in music extracurricular activities in primary and middle schools.It reveals the reason why social training agencies participate in the music extracurricular activities-the lack of teacher,insufficient fund,the strong desire of both parents and students and the fierce competition of social training agencies.Chapter four is the thoughts and suggestions for the development of music extracurricular activities.It puts forward some thinking and suggestions from the view of schools,training organizations and education sectors.The author hopes that it could arouse the attention on the entering of social arts training organization in music extracurricular activities of relevant education sectors,units and schools.Through these efforts,it can further develop our music extracurricular activities,and provides more and more excellent arts education activities to teenagers.
