A Study On The Creation And Contribution Of Sang Tong’s Piano Works From The Perspective Of History

The article takes Chinese musician,composer and music education theorist Mr.Sang Tong’s piano music creation as the research object,through consulting a large number of data,it starts from Mr.Sang Tong’s life experience and creation background,reviews the history of his piano creation,analyzes his piano works systematically and its composing style relying on<Sang Tong Piano Works>.Based on this,the article explores the creative ideological origins and historical cultural connotation which is produced by Sang Tong’s piano music form,explains its commitment to the nationalization creation of Chinese piano music,and the contributions to China’s harmony education and national harmony development.The article mainly consists of the three parts.The first chapter is a historical review to Sang Tong’s life which takes his composition career as the main line;by the means of music historiography and music bibliography,his piano works is divided according to the historical time into:the period of Liberation War,early days of new China,and the after 1980s.The second chapter is the analyses and interpretations of Sang Tong’s piano works in different historical periods through the noumenon analysis of music,and summarizes the characteristics of the piano creation techniques and the influence of the creation in each period.The third chapter is mainly about the objective evaluation of historical contribution of Sang Tong’s piano works in the frame of the sociology of music,which is to sum up the contribution of his musical works to Chinese piano development and musical education,and then to sum up his piano creation historical contribution and significance.So Analyzing Sang Tong’s piano works from the perspective of history is to aims at the influence and contribution of Chinese piano music in different historical environment,different periods and different stages of Sang Tong’s piano works,and ultimately summarizes the status of his piano creation in the development history of Chinese piano music culture.
