The French Revolution has been extensively studied.To explore it from a historical perspective,it must be restored to the period where the traditional feudal society transformed to modeRN society under the macroeconomic background.This transformation includes both the transformation of the political system,the transformation of ideas,and the economic and social transformation.The purpose of this paper is to explore the background of the establishment of private land in the rural areas in the 18th century and the beginning of 18-19 century,taking the "private land property right" as the cut-off,study and use the "economic and social history" process and influence.The paper includes five sections.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly explains the significance of the topic,the research status at home and abroad and the research materials,research methods and basic ideas used in this paper.The second chapter focuses on the French countryside.The royal family and the secular aristocracy occupied a large amount of land,but compared to the vast majority of the population occupied by the farmers share of the land is dwarfs,while the latter also bear the huge tax burden,which has become one of the incentives to promote the revolution.The third chapter is to explore the fact that French revolution brought about the establishment of the legitimacy of private land in French countryside.The French government continued to enact the law through the sale of state-owned land,divided the land and other forms of land will be assigned to the hands of farmers to protect the private property rights,which was promulgated by the process of"Napoleon Code".Although these orders varied from regions of the implementation of the situation,the peasants were obtained with the lands and gained the protection of their legitimacy,and the French small peasant economy was formed as a result.Chapter IV analyzed the impact of private land property rights.For the peasant individuals,the economic benefits of the farmers have been raised in the production,and the promotion of the peasants’ consumption level has been promoted in the life.At the same time,the demise of the village community has promoted the collapse of the asylum social relations.Chapter V is the theory and conclusion.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and conclusion that the establishment of private land property after the French Revolution is regarded as causing the fragmentation of rural land and thus the objective action of the French small-scale peasant economy,thus becoming the shackles of French agricultural development The revolution is open to the protection and confirmation of the "law" on the private land property rights of the French countryside,and since then the liberalization and marketization of the French society has been injected into the " Market ",and the combination of" legal system "and"market "has promoted the transformation of "peasant",not only the improvement of living standard and the level of consumption,but also the transformation of ideology and consciousness judgment.The process will be repeated,there will be twists and turns;but should not be ignored or denied.
