The composer Peter Lynch Tchaikovsky(1840-1893)is one of the most iconic Russian musicians in The Romantic Period.His music embodies a strong Russian nationality and also draws strength from music of various ethnic groups.�Violin Concerto in D major is the only violin concerto composed by Tchaikovsky in his lifetime,so it best represents Tchaikovsky's overall understanding towards violin musical creation.This article makes comparative analysis on the four major playing versions of this work from four perspectives in three chapters.
