| At present,the emotion and cognitive in the academic field has produced much hot issues,and these hot spots is mainly around the three aspects,namely,emotion,cognitive,and emotional strategy.The research between emotion and memory has attracted the most attention.Due to different aspects from researchers,that leads to no definite conclusion between emotion and memory.For sports college students,except the specialized skill to study,they still need to study theoretical knowledge.most of learning educational materials is neutral.The emotion and emotion strategies is associated with individual in all aspects of life,to some extent,which will affect the learning of subject knowledge.Emotion regulation is the process of the individual’s self-adjusting and regulating others’ emotions.In order to be more effective to control and regulation of emotions,there are emotional regulation strategies whose help individual get the best state.A series of research between emotional regulation strategies and emotional memory material were conducted by Gross foreign researchers.But the relationship of different emotional regulation strategies and neutral education materials are rarely involved.Therefore,for sports college student clears,what types of emotional regulation strategies in a different emotional state can effectively promote their learning and memory in the education environment has great important theoretical and practical significance.This study was divided into three experiments: the first one was trying to evaluate effect of induced emotional material by measuring emotional experience self-reported data collection and real-time heart rate monitoring before and after watching the film;The second was discussed the influence of induced different on emotional neutral vocabulary of memory for sports college students,by different valance(positive,neutral and negative).On this basis,the third explored different effect of emotional regulation strategies on emotional neutral vocabulary of memory,as well as the existence of gender differences.experiment was used by 2(emotional state: positive,negative)x 2(emotional strategies: cognitive reappraisal,expression suppression group)by gender(male,female)within groups under the positive and negative emotions.Conclusion:(1)The experiment shows selected movie clips can be used as a formal emotion induced material.Which can effectively induce the emotion(positive,neutral and negative)through the subjective and objective evaluation.(2)Compared with neutral emotions,positive and negative emotions are more likely to wake up;In memory recognition task,positive and neutral emotions helps reduce error rate;Negative emotions damage the memory of the neutral materials.(3)In the positive and negative emotional state,for sports college students,cognitive reappraisal emotional strategy is better than that of expressive suppression and there is no gender difference;To minimize the damage of negative emotions,more male than female college students use expressive suppression strategy. |
