Culture is an important part of the five-in-one total layout in the primary stage of socialism,the important embodiment of national soft power,and also the important factor of international competitiveness, therefore we should vigorously strengthen cultural construction, and promote the great development and prosperity of culture. In this day and age, green development is the world trend of development, is one of the important development philosophy of "13th Five Year Plan" and also the necessary way of building a green and beautiful China. Blend the concept of green development in the cultural development, and bring forth green development pattern of culture. This is not only the important embodiment of "Chinese way", but also can implement green and sustainable development of culture,is the inevitable choice of Chinese culture development pattern in the future.Using the method of information retrieval and text mining, method of the combination of history and logic and comprehensive innovation, on the basis of theoretical research of culture development and green development both at home and abroad, this paper blends culture and green development both, innovatively puts forward the concept of culture green development, namely, it is creation and advance of culture to promote increasingly harmony between man and nature, green assets constantly proliferate, green welfare continuously lifting. On the basis of this concept,the paper constructs the pattern of culture green development, namely the circulation pattern of externalization and internalization of green cultural product. And then interpret and analyze the process of internalization and externalization in the circulation pattern as well as their influencing factors respectively. Externalizing process is to persisting the concept and thought of green culture objects into green cultural product,and the process of cultural products, internalization is the process of people's acceptance and consumption of green cultural products. There are three aspects of the influence factors of externalizing. They are government, enterprises, colleges and universities. Also the influence factors of internalizing has three aspects, such as environment, marketing, consumption consciousness and ability. Based on this pattern,this paper further studies the current situation of the externalization and internalization,finds the existing problems analyzes the cause of problem, and pointedly puts forward the a series of specific countermeasures of externalization and internalization in order to make the process of externalization and internalization unimpeded and efficient,make the pattern of culture green development smoothly implement.
