A Report On The Simulated Interpretation Of A Lecture Huang Di Nei Jing

Chinese medicine culture is an important part of traditional Chinese culture,as well as the wisdom of the Chinese nation for thousands of years.In the simulation of interpreting practice,the interpreter chooses the lecture Huang Di Nei Jing of Professor Qu Limin of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine as material for simulation interpreting.In the process of interpreting,the interpreter finds that the process of translating the lecture into English is not only the conversion between the two languages,but more mastery between the two cultures.The interpreter studied at Traditional Chinese Medicine of Shandong University during the period of university.During the study period,the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine had been studied by the interpreter.The interpreter hopes to combine the professional knowledge and theory of traditional Chinese medicine to carry out study on problems and countermeasures in the process of interpreting Chinese medicine by taking Huang Di Nei Jing related series of lectures on traditional Chinese mdicine as subject investigated.In the first part of the practice report,the Huang Di Nei Jing related series of lectures are briefly introduced,and analysis is carried out on the Huang Di Nei Jing in both Chinese version and English version.In the second part,the Huang Di Nei Jing related series of lectures on traditional Chinese medicine are selected as subject investigated,after consulting a series of relevant materials,the content of the interpretation is recorded,and then the text is translated to analyze the problems caused by cultural default and put forward several methods of compensation.In the 3rd part,the cultural defaults in the practice of simulated interpreting are discussed,and demonstration is made,and other problems are also found,such as colloquial problem,picture demonstrations in the process of interpretation,and for these problems,it is also not a small problem for the interpreter to make an accurate interpretation of the target language.In the 4th part,coping methods for cultural default are discussed,as well as example analysis.In the 5th part,a summary of the report is made.
