Film and television enterprises belong to the cultural creative industries,cultural products of high quality is the main carrier of national spiritual civilization construction,along with the increase in number of domestic and foreign film and television production,people have more choice.Therefore,people put forward higher demands on the quality and taste of film and television products.In order to strengthen the Chinese mainland film and television enterprises,the content of the products is the key,but the capital operation is also very important,therefore,this paper on the study of capital operation of Chinese mainland film and television enterprises is full of practical significance.The paper analyzes the Chinese mainland film and television enterprises status,characteristics and disadvantages of capital operation,and points out that Chinese private film and television enterprises have fully operated human capital and other characteristics so far;Secondly,from two aspects of capital financing and enterprise structure adjustment,this paper studies the present mode of Chinese film and television enterprise capital operation,including:stock financing,credit financing,advertising financing,mergers and acquisitions,restructuring,strategic alliance and cooperation with the stars;Capital operation of Chinese mainland film and television enterprises brings more positive impact than the negative impact:benefits for the enterprises,expanding the financing channels,advantageous to the brand construction,promoting the improvement of operation and management,attracting talent,but the enterprise capital operation of hype and irrational behavior such as mergers and acquisitions will destroy the enterprise brand image,also can increase the cost of operating pressure and burden on enterprises,is not conducive to the benign development of the enterprise.Capital operation of Chinese mainland film and television enterprises exist policy risk,market risk,management risk,legal risk,finance risk,On the basis of detailed research,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasure;Finally,this paper puts forward countermeasures of improvement and innovation,including:through Internet finance,establishing film and television business alliance,international cooperation or cross-regional operation,establishing industrial fund/project fund,expanding overseas financing channels.
