The Investigation And Research On The Present Situation Of Private Traditional Chinese Opera Troupes In Linfen Of Shanxi Province(2010-2016)

Local traditional Chinese opera is not only an important part but also an significant carrier of traditional Chinese culture.As the carrier of inheritance and development of traditional Chinese opera,Chinese opera troupes have an impact on the spread of local traditional Chinese opera.Different from the state-owned traditional Chinese opera troupes,private opera troupes occupy a large proportion in the rural market by taking advantage of rooting in the rural market and grass roots organizations.To some extent,their survival and development not only play an important role in inheritance and development of local traditional Chinese opera but also indirectly support the construction of spiritual civilization in rural areas.However,the prevalence of the new media,the spread of multi-culture and the diversity of the entertainment styles have exerted tremendous strike on the development of the private opera troupes.It has become a concern about how they rely on their own business to adapt to social development,what the concrete difficulties as well as how the present situations and foregrownd of private traditional Chinese opera troupes are.The research targets to be investigated in this thesis are 5 private traditional Chinese troupes(Hongtong Daoqing Opera Troupe、Xi State Puju Group、Fushan Puppet Art Troupe、Linfen Development Zone Puju Group 、 Linfen Youth League Mihu Group)which are registered in the Municipal Cultural Bureau of Linfen in 2016 and the Yao Xiang Chun Drama and the object of this thesis is to have a comprehensive dissection of living conditions since2010.Because Hongtong Daoqing opera troupe was founded in a relatively short time,Fushan Puppet Art Troupe scholars have conducted research and investigation.The author mainlyresearches of the Linfen Youth League Mihu、Linfen Development Zone Puju Group、Xi State Puju Group、Yao Xiang Chun Drama,a simple understanding of Hongtong Daoqing Opera Troupe and floating Fushan Puppet Art Troupe.In addition,in order to carry out a comparison with these private traditional Chinese opera troupes,the author followed up two state owned opera troupes in Yicheng of Linfen.This paper mainly discusses from six parts:The first part introduces the research object,purpose,significance and innovation.The second part introduces the living environment and present situation of Linfen private opera performing groups.In the third part,the author makes a detailed introduction to the internal structure and life of Linfen’s private opera performing groups,and deepens the understanding of the private groups.In the fourth part,through the analysis of the management and management of Linfen’s private opera performing groups,to show the real situation,to explore its advantages and disadvantages.The author surveys the mode of economic operation of capital source of Linfen private opera troupes diversification,mainly for personal funds,loans,credit,corporate funding and profit profit mode.In the performance operation,is also the source of proscenium diversification,mainly a variety of outreach and community relationships.At the same time,there are some unstable factors in personnel management.The fifth part introduces the performance of Linfen private opera performing groups.Linfen private opera performing form of opera and Opera repertoire in two,type of the traditional repertoire mainly.The scope of its activities is concentrated in the vicinity of the two places to commercial performances,often with temple fairs,rallies,festivals and other activities connected.Through the detailed introduction and analysis of its performance,to explore its market share and market share.In the sixth part,the advantages and disadvantages of Linfen private opera performing groups in the process of development,although has been insisting,but there are also some problems and difficulties,there are prosperity and decline.The author believes that Linfen private opera performing groups should continue to adhere to market-oriented development,excellence,and strive for more market share.The government should also reasonably regulate the market order,give policy support and personnel support,to improve the quality of opera performances,the Linfen opera to prosperity.
