Reanalysis On Violence Aesthetics Miove

This dissertation focuses on the narration and style on Violence aesthetics miove of two symbolic film directors,Chinese-born Hong Kong film director John Woo and South Korean film director Park Chan-wook.On the basis of the origin,functions,developments and forms of expression of Violence aesthetics miove,this paper made a deep analysis of aesthetic characters on Hongkong martial arts films,film noir in South Korean style,and its influences on violent aesthetic film.In this paper,there are three parts at all.Firstly,it made a clear conclusion on the timeline of Violence aesthetics miove,including the definition of Violence aesthetics miove,the conditions of formation,and its developing track.Secondly,in order to interpret these two directors’ deduction on Violence aesthetics miove,this paper analysized the style created by John Woo,who is deemed as the founder of Violence aesthetics miove,and by Park Chan-wook.Last but not least,by analysizing the development of Violence aesthetics miove,this research made a connection with current Violence aesthetics miove in China,and tried to discover the issues within it,so as to extract the elements worthy of learning for Chinese films.
