Research On The Bronze Drum Culture Of Xijiang River Basin

Xijiang River is the main stream of the Pearl River,the area of Xijiang River Basin is broad,the climate is mild and humid,with rich animal and plant resources,and water resources.Therefore,since ancient times,the Xijiang River Basin is a place for human activities where the Minority people have created and developed the magnificent and colorful culture of bronze drum which is an important part of Chinese culture.The drum in Xijiang River Basin has its own characteristics;this paper introduces and analyzes the source and characteristics of bronze drum culture in Xijiang River Basin,Social cultural function,foundry engieering and the relationship to the bronze drum culture in the surrounding area.At the same time,it also puts forward some suggestions on the protection and utilization of the bronze drums which as a non-material cultural heritage.This paper consists of three parts:preface,text and conclusion.The main contents of this preface are as follows:(1)the purpose and significance of this paper;(2)the summary of the research on the bronze drum culture at home and abroad;(3)research methods and research basis;(4)the innovation and deficiency of the topic.There are seven chapters in this paper.Chapter one:"overview of the geographical environment and historical development of Xijiang River basin".This chapter briefly introduces the Xijiang River Basin's geographical location,hydrology,climate,ecological environment,and briefly introduces the Basic historical context and important events of Xijiang River area since the pre Qin to the Han DynastyChapter two:"the origin and spread of bronze drum".This chapter takes the origin of bronze drum as the starting point and demonstrates the propagation path of bronze drum.The Xijiang River Basin is divided into four plates:Nanpanjiang River-Youjiang River Basin,Yongjiang River-Yujiang River-Xunjiang River Basin,Yunkai Mountain District,and the Hongshui River.Chapter three:"the comprehensive study of the bronze drum of Xijiang River basin".This chapter discusses the characteristics and relationship between "Yunnan Style Bronze Drum" and"Guangdong timbale";discusses the Ethnicity of various types of bronze drum in Xijiang River Basin;analyzes the influence of the Central Plains culture on the bronze drum culture in the Xijiang River basin.Chapter four:"the relationship of bronze drum culture between Xijiang River Basin and the surrounding areas".This chapter analyzes the types and characteristics of bronze drum in Guizhou area and North Vietnam,and discusses the relationship of bronze drum culture between the Xijiang River basin and above area;The concept of the bronze drum culture circle is put forward,and the position of the bronze drum culture in the west of China(bronze drum culture circle in Southeast Asia)is defined.Chapter five:"the comparative study on the social culture of the bronze drum in Xijiang River basin".This chapter discusses the social and cultural functions of the bronze drum in Xijiang River basin and the bronze tripod in the Central Plains respectively and compares the similarities and differences of them.Chapter six:"the research of bronze casting technology".This chapter takes the drum casting technology research summary as a starting point;briefly introduces the methods and steps of bronze drum casting,and thinks that the research and reproduction of bronze drum casting technology plays an important role in promoting the protection of bronze drum culture.Chapter seven:"the protection and utilization of the bronze drum culture in Xijiang River basin".From the perspective of the protection of intangible cultural heritage,the protection of the bronze drum culture is included in the protection of intangible cultural heritage.Beginning with the efforts made by international organizations and the protection of intangible cultural heritage in China,It is proved that China's construction of the "maritime Silk Road" in twenty-first Century is helpful to protect the bronze drum culture.This paper Focus on the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,to introduce the present situation of bronze drum culture and Renaissance ideas in Guangxi,Yunnan,Guizhou,Guangdong and other provinces.The conclusion part briefly summarizes the whole article;determines the important position of bronze drum culture in Xijiang River Basin in world bronze drum culture circle;points out the importance,urgency and necessity of protecting and inheriting the bronze drum culture of Xijiang River basin.
