The Effect Of Entrepreneurial Failure Situation On Subsequent Entrepreurial Intention:the Model Of Mediated Moderation

This study investigates the failure effect on entrepreneurial intentions,at the same time further investigation of the effect of counterfactual thinking and mindfulness will be concerned.With the rapid development of world economy,there are many opportunities for entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial activities in China also have become increasingly frequent.However,Entrepreneurial activity is full of risks and uncertainties,resulting in new ventures have a high failure rate.But some(but not all)entrepreneurs will gradually recover from failure and initiate some new business activities.Nevertheless,former scholars paid little attention to the link between the failure of entrepreneurial activity and subsequent entrepreneurial intention.The participants of this study is mainly selected henan university student,study 1 selected of 180 students,study 2 selected 210 students.This research mainly adopted situational method and questionnaire survey to discuss the relations among entrepreneurial failure situation,mindfulness,counterfactual thinking and subsequent entrepreneurial intention.This research consists of two small parts,using descriptive analysis,t test,correlation analysis,regression analysis,and the Bootstrap test statistical methods to analyze the data,the main conclusions of this study was to:First,entrepreneurial failure situationhas a positive prediction function to subsequent entrepreneurial intention.Second,the counterfactual thinking is a partial mediator between entrepreneurial failure situation and subsequent entrepreneurial intention.Third,the mindfulness has a moderating effect between entrepreneurial failure situation and subsequent entrepreneurial intention.Fourth,the mindfulness has a moderating effect between entrepreneurial failure situation and the counterfactual thinking.Fifth,entrepreneurial failure situation,mindfulness,counterfactual thinking and subsequent entrepreneurial intention constitute a model of mediated moderation.
