Research On Rural Cultural Construction In Yangxin County Of Hubei Province

The core of the construction of new socialist countryside - the construction of rural culture, its role is obvious, on the one hand, by enriching the spiritual and cultural life in rural areas, it provides the spiritual impetus for the further development of rural areas, on the other hand ,by raising the scientific and cultural level of farmers, it provides intellectual support for the further development of rural areas. The strengthening of rural cultural construction has improved the overall quality of rural population, and talent is the key to the rapid development of a region, to narrow the gap between rural and urban areas, rural culture is an important way. At the same time, the moral cultivation of farmers in the process of strengthening the construction of rural culture has also been improved, thus promoting the harmonious development of rural society.Yangxian County in recent years the construction of rural culture effect is remarkable, the village has a new library and cultural activities center, the cultural activities carried out more than ever, more in line with the taste of farmers, however, but still far from being satisfied farmers’ needs. Compared with the development of economy,the construction of culture is still relatively backward, mainly the following problems:first, the rural cultural facilities are relatively small; second, the cultural quality of farmers is not high; third,the problem of rural cultural talent is outstanding; fourth, rural cultural market is not standardized. After the analysis and research, the fundamental reason is that leadership is not enough attention, rural education is backward, rural cultural talent welfare treatment is poor. Compared with foreign countries, financial investment in rural cultural construction inadequate, less agricultural training institutions,grassroots government propaganda of rural culture construction is not good enough.On the basis of extensive research on the research data of rural culture construction at home and abroad,and personally visited the villages of Yangxin County,the investigation and study were carried out,after combining the theory and practice, a set of measures to strengthen the rural culture construction in Yangxin County was given:first,we must strengthen the government’s emphasis on rural cultural construction; second,we must strengthen the rural culture and education to improve the overall cultural level of farmers; third, we must improve the rural cultural talent service system and the introduction of relevant policies to increase the intensity of the introduction of rural cultural talents, and on this basis, to improve the treatment of rural cultural talents; fourth,to further standardize and strengthen the management of rural cultural market. Hope that through my research, can contribute to the rural culture construction of Yangxin County.
