Emotion regulation is the process of individual self-management,regulation and mood-altering.In this process,the individual use strategies and mechanisms to make some changes in mood occur in physiology,behavior,subjective experience and expression.In the theme of emotion regulation strategies,the researchers carried out extensive research focused on the relationship between emotion regulation and cognitive.The memory of Chinese vocabulary is closely related with individual live,learning.Exploring different emotion regulation strategies for different parts of speech vocabulary memory research is not only conducive to the formation of self-adaptive emotion regulation strategies and avoiding negative effects,but also improving memory efficiency in some extent,and have a positive impact on all aspects of students' learning and life.This study investigated the effects of Tibetan college students' different emotion regulation strategies on the positive,negative and neutral words in memory under the positive and negative emotional states.This study is divided into two parts.The first part research adopted questionnaire method,described the characteristics of Tibetan Students use emotion regulation strategies,and analyzed the differences in emotion regulation strategies on gender and grade.Finally,the subjects were divided into cognitive reappraisal group,suppression group,and no obvious group.It is a research foundation for the second study.The second part was experimental study inducing different kinds of emotions by watching different videos,and the interrelated relationship between emotion regulation strategies and Chinese vocabulary memory was discussed in this part.Experimental subjects were tested through the EPQ questionnaire.With 3(Emotion Regulation: no emotion regulation,expression suppression,cognitive reappraisal)× 2(emotional states: positive,negative)× 3(Part of Speech: positive,negative and neutral)of mixed design.Emotion regulation and emotional state is among the group of factors,the vocabulary is the group factor.The dependent variable is the specified accuracy of memory words.The results showed:(1)The emotion regulation strategies differ between the sexes,no grades in Tibetan college students.(2)Under positive emotional state,positive vocabulary memory is best;under negative emotional state,negative vocabulary memory is best;neutral vocabulary in both emotional states have no significant effect.(3)In a positive emotional state,remembering the words of different parts of speech in the absence of regulation,cognitive reappraisal strategies and expression suppression strategies are not significant.(4)In the negative emotional state,remembering the words of different parts of speech in different emotion regulation strategies have significant effect: from a positive situation for verbal memory,cognitive reappraisal strategies memory performance was significantly better than expression suppression strategy and no emotion regulation;three kinds of emotion regulation strategies have no significant differences on the negative and neutral words.
