"Kojiki"(AD 712)is one of the earliest imperial literatures in contemporary Japan.At that time,a large number of Chinese culture spread to the Japan,and Japanese actively learned and absorbed Chinese culture.In such a background,the author used phonetic semantic mixed of Chinese and Japanese to record the history of Japan,the story of the legend.Therefore,although the whole book put the Chinese character as a writing carrier,but it reflects a mixture of ancient Chinese and Japanese,and it is a variant of Chinese style.Its unique linguistic features makes it one of the most important subjects in the study of ancient Chinese and Japanese language contact.This paper selects "Kojiki" adverbs in survey and analysis,and compares them with the usage in Chinese ancient literature,reveals the inheritance and variation of ancient Chinese adverbs in Kojiki.This paper is divided into three chapters:Chapter 1 mainly studies the purpose,the significance,the ideas and the related researches on the topic "Kojiki" adverbs and defines the concept of the "Kojiki" adverbs and classification standard.Chapter 2 mainly analyzes the time,degree,scope,model,negation,mood,nominatum seven categories of adverbs and several kinds in "Kojiki".Chapter 3 mainly makes adverbs of "Kojiki" comparison with ancient Chinese literature,pays attention to the differences in members,usage frequency and so on.Conclusion summarizes the full text.On the one hand,it emphasizes the inheritance of "Kojiki" in disyllabic adverbs,classification refinement,syntactic immobilization,function modification for the characteristics of the Chinese ancient literature.On the other hand,adverbs in "Kojiki" compared to the Chinese ancient literature becomes less,members are similar to the palaeoid,high frequency adverbs are different from the Chinese Middle Age,the usage of individual adverbs emerge variation.Ultimately I points out that the inheritance and variation characteristics of adverb in "Kojiki" because of the Japanese were not familiar with the usage of chinese vocabulary.
