Research On The Evaluation Of The Copyright Value Of The Film Works

Since 2004,after more than ten years of development,the level and marketing ability of domestic film productions have always been increasing.With the gradual easing of government related industrial policy,the Chinese films begin to the deeper development of the industrialization.However,the copyright evaluation system for film works is not yet perfect and cannot be adapted to the rapid development of the film industry.In this context,this paper applies the method of empirical analysis and intangible asset evaluation to calculate the copyright value of film works.First of all,this paper reviews the literature of scholars both at home and abroad,and makes some comments on the relevant viewpoints of the former,from the box office influence factors and the prediction model,the power saving method and the copyright of the film and its value assessment,combing the domestic and foreign literature.Secondly,this paper introduces the theory of film copyright value evaluation,laid a theoretical foundation for subsequent discussion.Then,this article selects 154 film works of the nearly five years as sample,selecting the familiarity,screenings of the film,film score and the number of attention.After quantification,the model of multivariate linear regression model and neural network is established,which is the model of the box office revenue prediction of two kinds of films.Finally,the corresponding index model formula in the case,then get the case at the box office,in combination with royalty saving method,we will get the the rights value in the film copyright value.The empirical results show that the neural network model in the prediction of box-office multivariate linear regression model is more accurate,and then gets more accurate film rights in copyright value evaluation results.This paper builds the box office revenue prediction model based on the influence factors of film box office revenue,combined with the intangible asset evaluation method,not only to the case "Great Wall" at the box office and presentation value made the evaluation,what’s more,it is important for Chinese film copyright evaluation to provide a method of evaluating ideas and a reference for films of investment and financing,and then improve the film copyright value evaluation system in our country.
