| With the steady progress of economic and social progress of China,the role of migrant workers in urban construction has been paid more and more attention,and their contribution to urban development is increasing with time goes by,which makes the new generation of migrant workers no longer like their parents,who just physically working in the city,however psychologically always think that their roots are still in the countryside.The new generation of migrant workers received more education,so that they grew up with the parents of migrant workers they have more knowledge and social knowledge than their parents.They have a stronger desire to stay in the city,that is why most of them choose to work or start their own business so that they can achieve the aspirations of the city in the root.By interviewing 32 newly-born migrant workers,this study compiled the results as a "new generation of migrant workers entrepreneurial behavior questionnaire",combined with the "achievement motivation scale","social support rating scale",surveyed 658 subjects in Kunming and Chengdu(n1 = 327;n2 = 331),and through the methods of difference comparison,correlation analysis and hierarchical regression of the recovered data,the effect of achievement motivation on the entrepreneurial behavior of the new generation of migrant workers,and then discuss how social support influence the achievements’ impact on entrepreneurial behavior.The results comes out that:(1)the new generation of migrant workers receive more education than their parents;(2)there is no significant difference in entrepreneurial behavior between men and women;(3)the two types of achievement motives have positive impacts on the entrepreneurial behavior of the new generation of migrant workers.;(4)social support will adjust the achievements’ influence on entrepreneurial behavior of the new generation of migrant workers. |
