The "virtual world" created by internet has become an important part of modern people’s lives,in addition to online chat and online shopping,online games is the main survive way the in online world.Students are the main groups of online games players,but also are in a critical period of self-identity.According to Lacan’s view,self is constructed through identify with an external image,and this identification of the external image is recurring.Then filled with a variety of roles image of online games can have an impact on the self?The study intend to explore this issue by the method of implicit association test.The experiment was established by using inquisit software.Study One: Implicit Measures of self-concept.Randomly selected seven characters image picture from a high degree of popular online games-League of Legends.According to the subjects evaluation method to select the 7moral characters picture.The tendency of the connection between the self concept and the two types of pictures was investigated.Study two: Implicit measurement of image evaluation.To investigate the tendency of the connection between the online games role image and the positive or negative evaluation words.The independent variables of the study were the high and low levels of online game addiction.According to the score of the online games addiction scale,high score and low score were taken out,the two levels of the independent variables were obtained.The dependent variables of the study were the reaction time data of the implicit association test,it means the tendency of the connection.Analysis of all the 248 tested data,results found: In self concept implicit measurement,high-grouping is more inclined to link self with online games role image,low grouping is more likely to be connected self with the moral character of reality.In the implicit measurement of image evaluation,the high score group is more inclined to link online games role image with the positive evaluation words.The low score group did not show the connection tendency between the online games role image with the two kinds of evaluation words.The experiment shows that the experience of long term immersion in the online game will affect the self construction.In order to further explore the impact on the self construction of experience of the online games.Online games players were divided into role-playing game group and non role playing game group,the following results are obtained:(1)The 105 non role playing games players were divided into high-grouping and lowgrouping by online game addiction score.Analysis found that self-concept implicit measurement,high-grouping is more inclined to link self with online games role image,low grouping is more likely to be connected self with the moral character of reality.In the implicit measurement of image evaluation,the high score and low score group did not show the tendency of the connection between the online games role image with the two kinds of evaluation words.(2)The 99 role playing games players were divided into high-grouping and low-grouping by online game addiction score.Analysis found that self-concept implicit measurement,high-grouping is more inclined to link self with online games role image,the low score group did not show the connection tendency between self with the two kinds of image pictures.In the implicit measurement of image evaluation,the high score group is more inclined to link online games role image with the positive evaluation words.The low score group did not show the connection tendency between the online games role image with the two kinds of evaluation words.Finally come to the conclusion:(1)University students more exposed to online games with regular and repeated contact with the image of the role of online games,the self will be captured by the role image of online game,their self identity in the role image of online games.It is proved that the role image of online games is effectively included into the individual’s self construction,and it becomes a certain intensity self-association concept.(2)University students more exposed to online games with regular and repeated contact with the role image of online games can formation or enhance their positive assessment of the online games role image.
