The Study On The Japanese Bombing Of Henan During The Anit-Japanese War

In July 7,1937,after the outbreak of the Anit-Japanese War,Henan as the rear of Anti Japanese war in North China,the hub of the South and north battlefields,its strategic position promoted rapidly.To assist the Japanese military ground combat,and collapse the resistant will of our people,destroy the town of rear,Japanese army with its absolute air force bombed Henan province indiscriminately on a large scale from September 1937 to May 1945.With the continuous adjustment of the strategic plan of Japan,the Japanese bombing of Henan have different characteristics in different years,which can be divided into four stages;large-scale bombing stage(1937.09-1939.12),auxiliary bombing stage(1940.01-1941.12),harassment bombing stage(1942.01-1943.12),the bombing of the end(1944.01-1945.05).From the perspective of time,Japanese bombing focus on individual year,and it was large in the early days,then became very small in latter periods.In the view of geographical distribution,the Japanese bombing of Henan involved in a very wide range,almost all over the province of Henan.Because of the bombing by the Japanese invaders was no difference and inhumanity,a total of 27 slaughter of Henan people’s tragedy was created by the Japanese aggressors.Tragedy occurred mainly in 1938,up to 18,this time was also the Japanese invasion of Henan in the period of expansion.The Japanese bombing of Henan,caused a huge impact.First of all,the indiscriminate bombing of Japanese aircraft caused huge casualties and property losses.Secondly,the Japanese bombing of Henan has also caused the impact which could not be ignored that the development of the city was been hindered,the destruction of urban buildings were destroyed,the development of urban economy has been hampered.Furthermore,the lives of ordinary people also caused a lot of trouble,run alert,air raid has become a part of life.Even the Japanese bombing has caused a huge impact on the people’s diet.At the same time,the Japanese bombing of Henan also caused a huge impact on people’s psychology: on the one hand,facing the Japanese bombing,the ordinary people has to withstand the tremendous psychological panic and anxiety;on the other hand,the heroic people of Henan has been encouraged by the Japanese bombing and they picked themselves up when face to the bombing.This paper mainly adopts comparative analysis method,statistical method,documentary research method,based on full use of the existing historical data,strive to show the Japanese bombing of Henan’s real situation during the Anti-Japanese War,to further improve the research on the indiscriminate bombing.At the same time,profoundly reveals the atrocities committed by the Japanese invaders in Henan,so as to better learn from history,cherish the peaceful days.
