A Study On The Painting Creation Which Using Microcosmic Form As Material

Microcosmic substance refers to the substance that beyond the vision of human eyes and visible by using tools like the microscope.It has various forms and exceptional splendors.In the microcosms,there also has the traditional aesthetic relations,such as point,line and plane,black,white and grey,denseness,and light and dark,and non-duplicable artistic characteristics profoundly different with the macrocosm,creating new possibilities for painting creation activities.The application of the micro-material form to the painting creation is sure to open up a new door for the development of art.The creation with these micro-forms as the material is not only to enrich the material source of the painting,but also to expand the experience and source of inspiration of artistic creation activities.The application of the substance forms found in microscopic science enables the painting creation to select a wide range of materials.This thesis discusses the possibility of using the micro-form art creation from the perspective of the material-including the object,aesthetic and feeling characteristics of the material.With the case analysis method as researching method,it selects painting works of six artists to analyze application of the microcosmic form as the painting material and the inspiration,as well as the artistic effects of drawing and feeling using the micro-form as the material.And the conclusion is made in the end.Finally,the author’s creative practices with micro-form material is introduced from the inspiration record,material selection,painting media test,creative feelings and other aspects.It is believed that the microcosm art will develop into a new school blending art with science in the near future under the joint efforts of artists,scientists and mass enthusiasts,bring a tremendous stride in the art and science.
