Study On Problems And Countermeasure Of Digital Communication Of Intangible Marine Cultural Heritage In Ningbo

Intangible marine culture heritage is a common cultural mark of a country,a nation and a region.As marine cultural economy booms,it has been a great research subject on how to protect and inherit marine intangible cultural heritage.Ningbo is a national historical and cultural city as well as a port city rich in marine intangible cultural heritage.After we have made field investigations,interviews and on-line surveys on such areas under administration of Ningbo municipality as xiangshan county,Yinzhou district and zhenhai district which are abundant in resources of marine intangible cultural heritage,we find that the departments concerned of Ningbo city attach much importance to the protection and inheritance of marine intangible cultural heritage and have taken the initiative to put forward the three-in-one protection model as well.The research of the subject can strengthen the citizen's awareness of inheritance and protection of marine intangible cultural heritage in Ningbo(MICHIN),put into play the education effect of MICHIN on teenagers and probe new communication forms of MICHIN,which not only is an important constituent part of the construction of cultural informatization but also a major means of boosting cultural soft power.Therefore,the proposed subject of inheritance and communication of MICHIN has active realistic and profound historical significance in the context of the strategic policy of Marine Silk Road and the strategy of internet plus.The paper is divided into 5 chapters.Chapter One IntroductionThis chapter mainly expounds research background,research objectives and significance,literature review both at home and broad,research framework,research methodology,technique route,research content,and research innovation and inadequacies.Chapter Two Relative Theories Concerning Marine Intangible Cultural HeritageThis chapter talks about the connotation of intangible cultural heritage and marine intangible cultural heritage.It discusses theories on cultural connotation,mass communication and digital technology and so on.Chapter Three Problems Existing in Distribution and Communication of MICHINThis chapter main studies the type and distribution of MICHIN,as well as features of MICHIN and problems existing in its communication.Chapter Four Countermeasures for Digital Communication of MICHINThis chapter is the focus of the paper,which is made up of three parts.The first part is enlightenment of successful cases of digital communication at home and abroad.The second part deals with the process of digitization function of MICHIN,i.e.collection and storage,the construction of data base and the communication and operation of resources,etc.The third part talks about the construction of multimedia communication platform of intangible marine cultural heritage.The communication forms mainly consist of mobile terminal,animation interaction,online marketing,the construction of the platform of double-micro and the establishment of virtual museums,etc.Chapter Five Conclusion and ProspectDigital communication is an important method of inheritance and communication of MICHIN.It is expect that in the future MICHIN can not only be communicated by being made into films and television programs and online games,but also be turned into cultural creativity industry.In addition,creative research can be made by combining it with big data.
