| Long time being negative emotion will not only affect work efficiency,but is a major threat to the mental and physical health.So,how to regulate emotion depend on changing external environment is very important.We used the questionnaire survey and intervention to study the impact of different stress management strategies on positive affect and negative affect.First of all,using the method of random sampling,we survey 419 college students with measuring the "Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire","Emotion Regulation Questionnaire","Positive Affect and Negative Affect Schedule".Through the questionnaire investigation,we inspect the relationship between mindfulness,emotion regulation and positive affect and negative affect;Secondly,75 volunteer who recruited by researcher were randomly divided into mindfulness meditation group,sitting in forgetfulness group,imagery therapy group,respiratory rehabilitation group,and the control group.Their implementation for a period of 4 weeks,2 times a week emotion intervention.They should be measured ERQ&FFMQ before intervention and after intervention to study the effects of different stress management strategies on positive&negative affect and its effects.According to the research of the above the following conclusions:(1)Mindfulness,expressive suppression and cognitive reappraisal exist significant differences in gender.Female’s mindfulness is significantly higher than male,compared to man,female tend to use more cognitive reappraisal emotion regulation strategies,on the other hand,male tend to use more expressive suppression emotion regulation strategies.(2)The mindfulness,cognitive reappraisal and positive affect are related.Cognitive reappraisal has partial intermediary effect between mindfulness and positive affect.(3)The mindfulness,expressive suppression and negative affect are related,expressive suppression has partial intermediary effect between mindfulness and negative affect.(4)Mindfulness meditation,sitting in forgetfulness,imagery therapy,respiratory rehabilitation training four management strategies of intervention to emotion is effective.Mindfulness meditation and sitting in forgetfulness not only effect on negative affect,but effect on individual’s expressive suppression emotion regulation strategies.Imagery therapy effect on positive affect.(5)There was no statistically significant difference between mindfulness meditation and sitting in forgetfulness effect on expressive suppression,in the other word,mindfulness meditation and sitting in forgetfulness on the effects of expressive suppression is the same.But,mindfulness meditation,sitting in forgetfulness on the effects of negative emotion is different,mindulness meditation is better than sitting in forgetfulness.(6)Mindfulness meditation has no effect on negative affect through expressive suppression,so this mediator has not approved in this study. |
