| Anxiety is a kind of inner insecurity or unfounded fear that lacks obvious objective causes.It is characterized by persistent nervous or paroxysmal panic,often accompanied by autonomic nervous dysfunction,junior high school students may have different levels of anxiety due to interpersonal problems.The purpose of this study is to predict the level of anxiety through the degree of junior high school students’ interpersonal distress,and to intervene the interpersonal problems of individuals through the method of targeted group counseling.Meanwhile,the anxiety of junior high school students can be reduced,so that they can better adapt to the environment.This study includes two stages,the first stage applied the develop interpersonal comprehensive diagnostic scale complied by Zheng Richang in Beijing Normal University and Spielberger’s state-trait anxiety inventory(STAI)to investigate the level of interpersonal distress and anxiety levels of 320 junior middle school students in Shijiazhuang No.19 middle school and analyze the relationship between interpersonal disturbance and anxiety in junior high school students.In the second stage,15 percent of the students with interpersonal disturbance were selected as the high interpersonal disturbance group,and 15 percent of the students with interpersonal disturbance were as low interpersonal disturbance group,and 45 people were selected as the intervention study subjects.A random sample was used to divide the students into three groups from high to low interpersonal problems.There are 30 students in the experimental group,30 students in the placebo group,and 30 students in the control group.The intervention of the experimental group and the placebo group was different,the group counseling in the experimental group was mainly aimed at the interpersonal disturbance of junior high school students,while the placebo group was given a general growth group counseling and the control group was given no intervention.After completion of the intervention,the posttest was conducted respectively,and then the data obtained before and after the statistics were calculated,and further analysis was conducted.The results show that interpersonal distress and trait anxiety of junior high schoolstudents are significantly correlated(r=0.613**).In trait anxiety as dependent variable,the junior middle school students’ interpersonal problems of four dimensions as the independent variable regression analysis,communication difficulties,try talking has a strong role on trait anxiety;In the experiments,the dependent variable selection for interpersonal distress changes the value before and after the intervention,the independent variable is an interpersonal problem,the other one is the experimental group,according to the independent variable and dependent variable to implement two factor analysis of variance,the results show that the main effect of interpersonal distress is obvious(F =2.531 **),and the experimental group main effect is obvious(F = 4.423 *);Choice of the dependent variable as the trait anxiety values has changed,the independent variable is a choice of interpersonal problems,another option is the experimental group,according to the independent variable and dependent variable to implement two factor analysis of variance,the results show that the main effect of interpersonal problems is obvious(F =2.198 *),and the experimental group significant main effect is obvious(F = 4.467 *).The research shows that there is a significant positive correlation between interpersonal disturbance and trait anxiety in junior high school students.Group counseling can affect the level of interpersonal disturbance in by intervening the interpersonal disturbance of junior high school students. |
