The Study On The Construction And Application Of The Competence Of The Yishu Psychodrama Director

Competency is a combination of knowledge,skills,and personal characters,which is required by an effective performance.Yishu psychodrama director’s competency refers to the basic competency of all they should have as psychodrama director.It is not only important for the mental health and well-being service to the objects,it is also significant for the performance,satisfaction of psychodrama director,and it has an important impact to the development of Yishu psychodrama.This research mainly adopts questionnaire method and factor analysis method to study the competency of Yishu psychodrama.In the study,through the open interviews with 5 senior psychodrama experts working in colleges and universities,scientific research institutions,private counseling,combining with literature analysis,coming to the preliminary conception of feature structure of psychodrama director competence,compiling: the original questionnaire,testing in a small rang,making factor analysis to the obtained data,getting the competency preliminary questionnaire of Yishu psychodrama director.Then issuing the questionnaires to Yishu psychodrama practitioners,making factor analysis to the data,coming to the structure of Yishu psychodrama director competency,using Cronbach’s alpha test the internal consistency reliability and using factor analysis to test the content validity.The research shows:(1)Yishu psychodrama director competency includes five factors: general characteristics,professional qualities,professional skills and knowledge,occupation ethics.(2)Yishu psychodrama director competency questionnaire has good reliability and validity,it is a good tool to assess the competency of Yishu psychodrama director.In practice,basing on the analysis to the current competency status of the present Yishu psychodrama directors & quasi directors and this competency model we can establish the selection criteria for Yishu psychodrama directors.At the same time in order to upgrade the existing Yishu psychodrama director competency and cultivate more and more excellent Yishu psychodrama directors to service the public,the Yishu psychodrama director training map is also issued basing on this model.
