Knowledge integration refers to the realization of self generation of new knowledge through integration of two or more independent knowledge fragments,which is an important way to extend semantic memory.Previously,more attention was placed on other extensions of semantic memory,such as induction,deduction,analogy,etc.Researchers have begun to explore the knowledge integration of school age and preschool children in the laboratory context,and in the past were two independent and related knowledge fragments.Three or more knowledge fragments were not integrated.However,our long-term goal is the process of promotion to more realistic daily environment with a wide range of people to go,so will expand to the research group of junior high school students and college students,the scope of the study will be extended to three or more fragments of knowledge integration,ten points is necessary.Ladder integration and parallel integration are the two forms of three main business integration we found in the previous research process: three main facts,step by step integration,ladder integration,and three main facts simultaneously integration is called parallel integration.This study is a further study and discussion of the knowledge integration of the dual backbone of college students and the integration of three backbone knowledge.(1)Research 1 focuses on the knowledge integration level of college students and the differences between the two and the three main facts of the college students.Based on the research paradigm of the improved text,the results show that the fact knowledge integration of college students is better than three main facts knowledge integration.Knowledge integration is an important way to expand the semantic memory of college students.(2)Research 2 focuses on the two models of the integration of the three main facts of fact: the ladder integration and the parallel integration.At the same time,we found that there are two sequential patterns in the ladder integration.].The first order is in fact A1 has associated with the main trunk in A1 but no elements in common main facts A2,then presented with A1 containing elements in common main facts A3,integration of the three generation integration of fact;second orders are presented,and the main facts of A1 contain common elements in A2 backbone at present the main facts of A1 after the occurrence of the two generation of the main facts first step integration A,finally presents the main facts of A3,A3 and A in the main trunk in again integration,resulting in integration.Under these two sequential patterns,there are differences in the knowledge integration of college students.On the whole,there is no difference between ladder integration and parallel integration.But when considering the two orders of ladder integration,college students' ladder integration performance is better than parallel integration performance under second orders.When knowledge is presented in a staircase and regular pattern,a better extension of semantic memory can be obtained.(3)Research 3 used the eye tracker as a research tool.We focused on the internal process of the integration of fact knowledge and the allocation of cognitive resources in the process of College Students' dual and three backbones.The results showed that the ladder type parallel integration process integration and there are different and reading cognitive resource allocation in the process of the main fact can predict the performance of knowledge integration,finally a main fact longer at tend to have better integrated performance,when the opportunity arises,students can make good use of the opportunity,integration automatic.
