The new century is entering into the second decade,Chinese film industry enters into a rapid development period,not only creator groups but also audience groups have accomplished renewal and replacement,film creation even shows new development situation.A batch of low-middle budget films “ rise suddenly as a new force ” which meet audience’s psychology,transform marketing method,pay attention to individual narrative and emotional expression,it becomes a phenomenon which attracts general attentions of the industry and academe.Many scholars identified such films which cause audience’s heated discussion and get great success in box office as “phenomenology movie”.There are four chapters in this paper.Chapter One sketches out and analyzes meaning of research about female image on screen.Chapter Two teases and presents multiple epochal context generated by “phenomenology movie” based on defining concept of “phenomenology movie”.Chapter Three selects “phenomenology movie” with typical female image to analyze,focuses on shaping new female image,meanwhile concerns about cultural meaning contained behind female image,and construction of female language.Chapter Four displays and discloses subject consciousness revealed by female image on screen and ego anxiety concealed under subject consciousness,in hoping that it can cause people think about living status and problems of woman over again.
