Accompanying with the development of the economy in China,the market for the law services expands greatly and the different law firms thus set the trend of the business strategic alliance.However,due to the economic status and cultural traditions,it is rare to find the alliances between the Guangxi local law firms and the off-region law firms.Therefore,from the prospective of constructing the business strategic alliance,this thesis studies the corporate change management of the law firms in Guangxi,which would contribute the proper solution for the conflicts and resistance occurred in the reforms of the law firms,provide the references for the smooth transition of the law firms reforms as well as furnish the ideas and inspirations for the sustainable development of the law firms in Guangxi region.Applied the methods of the documentary research,the survey research and the induction,this thesis investigates the reforms in the Guangxi YD Law Firm from the viewpoint of the business strategic alliance.Firstly,based on the theory of the business strategy management,the thesis systematically analyzes the internal conditions and the external environment for the YD Law Firm in order to comprehend its competitors and the market competitive position.Secondly,the thesis explains the reasons for the business strategic alliance between the YD Law Firm and the DC Law firm,which might encounter the conflicts and resistance in the process.Thirdly,assisted with the organizational change management theory,the thesis gives the specific measures of the reform for the YD Law Firm to realize the smooth transition,which include the reform aims,the process planning,the thinking models,the operation control,the organizational structure,the functional management(which contains the management of the technology,the human resources),and the business culture.At the same time,the thesis pushes forward the redesigned incentive system that encourages the reform-oriented activities and the minor adjustments and ensures the continuous blending of the reforms in the law firms.Finally,the thesis makes innovations on the unification of the prior human resources trainings,the business development thought and the fee standard in the business strategic alliance,which presents the examples and inspirations for the similar law firm reforms in Guangxi.
