Time Sharing And Management Of Street-level Bureaucrat

Time management is an important link in the process of administrative organization and management. As a representative of the theory of bureaucracy, government agencies, as a result of the non sensitivity of time, have resulted in the low efficiency in the process of social management and service. The efficiency of social management and social service is directly determined by the efficiency of the staff of all levels, and the work efficiency of the frontline staff (street level bureaucrats) is a deep influence on the government management service level. Therefore, in the process of organization and management, the management of the working time is very important.In this paper, three different administrative regions of Tianjin, a total of nine grass-roots law enforcement officers' daily work were recorded in one month, the author through statistical analysis of the data from the Street-level bureaucrat and time management related theory and relevant laws and regulations of our country, to find the problems related to the time distribution and management in the Street-level bureaucrat organization, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve the relevant problems.
