The Research On The Planning And Design Of CAPF Data Center Based On Cloud Computing

Cloud Computing is one of the hot technology developed in recent years in computer field, it centralize computing resources and to provide services to the public, so that people can use conveniently. Using cloud computing technology, a new generation of cloud data center can provide the mass and elastic information processing ability in a more efficient, and low energy consumption way. So the cloud data center to replace the existing data center has become a trend in the IT industry.In recent years, by strengthening information construction, the Chinese Armed Police Force(CAPF) enhance the capacity of the troops to carry out diversified tasks. At present, the force have built a huge number but relatively backward technology of data centers in the headquarters and corps, detachment three levels, which do not coordinate with the information development speed of the force, it is necessary to use the cloud computing technology to cut the inefficient data centers, to make the computational resource centralization, to build the cloud data centers for supporting the growing demand of informatization development of the force.This paper has made a deep analysis on the present situation and the existing problem of CAPF's data centers, the advantages of the cloud computing. It has put forward a cloud data center overall construction plan including the service model, layout, scale and construction mode, and made a reasonable argument.Combined with the characteristics of CAPF, this paper finished the cloud platform structure design. The structure realized the IaaS and the PaaS which took the SOA as the core. Each part of the architecture, this paper make a detailed study and design further, provided the reference for the practical construction of CAPF cloud data center.
