The Research On How To Improve Present Ecological Diathesis Of Farmers In Heilongjiang Province

The construction of rural ecological environment is the basic construction of ecological environment in our country, to strengthen the cultivation of the ecological quality of farmers, is the fundamental ideological guarantee of the construction of rural ecological environment. To improve the ecological quality of farmers is seen as an intrinsic element of developing ecological agriculture, which is the necessary requirement of the construction of beautiful countryside, and it is the ideological guarantee for farmers to have a long-term greater production. To improve the ecological quality of farmers, especially in the current situation of agricultural ecological environment is deteriorating, it is imminent.The thesis consists of three parts: introduction, three chapters and conclusion. The theory and policy of ecological theory of Marx doctrine and ecological civilization construction in China, is the theoretical basis for improving farmers' ecological quality in our country. The significance of improving the ecological quality of farmers, there is a national level and the "three rural" level.National level significance is thoroughly implement the intrinsic request of the construction of "ecological civilization”, is the urgent demand of the rural "sustainable development strategy"; "three rural" significance level, which helps to promote the development of ecological agriculture, helps to improve the rational development of rural resources, and helps to keep the living environment of farmers clean and tidy.The second chapter is the analysis of ecological quality status and causes of farmers in our country. To understand the current status of farmers' ecological quality through the questionnaire(on the Suihua area of Heilongjiang Province,5 townships,135 families of 300 farmers in the questionnaire and interview).From the farmer's ecological awareness, practicing and legal consciousness, draws a conclusion that the farmers exist the weakness of ecological quality in five aspects, those are the ecological value, ecological science, ecological responsibility, ecological law and ecological economic. And reason anatomy: government propaganda, education, education degree of farmers, the traditional way of production life style, the rural system of ecological environment.All the above are the main reasons,for creating the current weakness of ecological quality of farmers.The third chapter is the research on the measures of enhancing farmers' ecological quality in our country. By the analysis of inductive method, aiming at the main reasons of the current farmers whose ecological quality are weak, in view of proposing to measures of enhancing farmers' ecological quality: leading with education, leading with the economic benefit, leading with the system and policy, using this Trinity to improve the ecological quality of farmers. That is to say, through the cultivation of the farmers' ecological value view, cultivating ecological production life style and strengthening ecological ideological and political education to improve the ecological quality of the farmers; through the development of ecological agriculture industry, rural ecological tourism industry, establish ecological model of farmers to improve the ecological quality of the farmers; by strengthening the construction of laws, regulations and system of rural ecological environment protection, increasing rural ecological infrastructure construction, improving the ecological compensation mechanism for farmers, at the same time establishing rural ecological regulators to improve the ecological quality of the farmers.
