Since the year 2010, because of the political unrest in the Middle East and North Africa, numbers of regime have been replaced. As Egypt an important political power in the West Asia and North Africa, the transformation and development of the Authority politics in this country have an important exemplary and vigilance of the others in this area. In March 2011, Mubarak was forced to resign under public pressure, Egypt had start the period of after the authoritarian era. Which means military is in charge. June 2012, After two rounds of presidential elections, Morsi who is the candidate of Muslim Brotherhood became the first democratically elected and non-military president in Egypt.2013 July Mursi was deposed by the military during his ruling anniversary, and the military who always stays in the shadow and grasps the key of Egyptian society go on the front stage again. Then after a new two rounds of the election, Cecilia who have the background of military became the winner. this article will consider the Arab Spring in the age of the revival of political Islam and also analysis the development of the Muslin Brotherhood and the ruling of Mursi with a historical depth. At the same time, after the period of after the authoritarian era, the military is always in charge of Egypt. This article will also survey the military politics in the view of developing countries. Through the study of Arab Spring, review the history and the status to make the interpretation and make the prediction for the future. At the same time, we especially pay attention to the new situation of Egypt's transition to democracy and political Islam rise since 2011.This article will take the putsch happened 2011 in Egypt as a case analysis, to start the six part of the discussion:(a) We make it start by the background, analysis the very reason of Arabia spring. And the changes it gives to the Middle East countries to compete for regional influence.(b) Take Egypt as an example, review the process of Mubarak's rule. And analyze the reasons of the resignation, Analysis the authoritarianism in Egypt and the collapse of the reasons and the trend in different points of view.(c) Explore the first non-military president in Egypt. Review the process of Muslim brotherhood and analyze its public and social infrastructure. And then analyze the reasons why Mulsi came to power and stepped down.(d)Analysis the military force which plays an important role in the history of Egypt.(e)Analysis the new round of elections and the new constitution draft in Egypt(f) Further analysis of the future direction of Egypt in order to make a certain prediction.
