Based on this, through the community correction in Shanghai in the field of 13 social workers in-depth interviews, to explore and understand the Chinese mainland social workers in community correction's judicial social workers professional development.On the basis of literature review, the author puts forward her own connotation of professional expression, including professional methods and skills, service content, service objectives, localization theory and ethics of these five aspects. Therefore, this study takes the social work as the starting point, takes the community correction as the foothold, from the specialization as the point of view, to social workers engaged in community correction as the research object, pay attention to their subjective feelings and experiences in professional practice, The course and countermeasure of specialization development of social Workers in community correction.The study finds that the professional development of social workers in Shanghai has experienced three stages:budding period, exploration period and growth period? The social workers in each stage are different in their professional development. Of the characteristics, which is their internal and external factors shaping the formation. In this process, the professional support of policy, the professional support of university professors, the professional support of institutions, and the professional love of correctional social workers have promoted the professional development of social workers. However, the obstruction of administrative work, ambiguity of community corrections social work legal position, The lack of discourse rights of community correction organizations, the role of social workers is unclear and other factors to a certain extent, hinder the promotion of social workers in the specialization; Therefore, based on the above findings, this paper proposes to enhance the professional capacity of social workers, Should be:first, to help social workers, and enhance their professionalism and faith; second, to strengthen social dialogue, to play the role of policy in the development of specialization; third, take the localization of the road to promote the localization of specialization; Fourth, the professionalization of correctional institutions.
