Research On The Reform Of Shandong Prison Enterprises Under The New Prison System

The reform of prison system in some provinces and cities across the country to further promote the pilot,around the practice and theoretical research of different degree on the reform of the prison enterprise,has accumulated some experience,and achieved certain results,but in practice there are still many problems and difficulties,further restricting the function of prison labor transformation.Based on the exploration of "prison work their own rules and the rules of market economy and the realization of the two law of organic unity" asthe starting point and focus,based on summing up the work,analyzing the problems,explore new ideas and measures of the prison system in Shandong Province under the prison enterprises in the reform process to achieve scientific development,safe development.In this paper,starting from the reform of prison enterprises in Shandong Province,the grim situation and problems faced in the reform of the prison enterprise specific research,by using comparative analysis method,literature research method,empirical analysis method,and expounds how to promote the new prison system reform of prison enterprises in Shandong province from six aspects of effective operation the system,legal,policy,personnel,security and social responsibility.
