A Study On The Evaluation Of Service Quality Of Community Micro-Pension Institutions In Chengdu

Since the 20th century China has entered the aging society,the number of elderly population is still increasing,gradually deepening the degree of aging irreversible.Chengdu as a capital city is faced with a more severe population aging situation,Chengdu in November 2011 introduced "to accelerate the development of the views of social pension institutions," the first to explore the development of community-based care services to the old Community micro-pension agencies.Therefore,based on the research of the service quality of community micro-aged care institutions in Chengdu,this paper conducts interview and questionnaire survey on the staffs and the old people in the old-age care institutions on the basis of collecting and collating the related documents,using SPSS software to carry on the questionnaire survey data.This paper analyzes the gap between the expectation value and the perceived value of the pension service quality of the old-age care institutions,and analyzes the service quality of the micro-aged institutions in Chengdu with the index weighting system.According to the results of data analysis and field investigation and interview,this paper evaluates the service quality of community micro-pension institutions from the two aspects of objective and old-age subjective,and points out that the old-age service provided by Chengdu micro-aged care institutions does not meet the needs of the elderly,this paper analyzes the evaluation of the different quality of service.Based on this,the author analyzes the reasons for the problems of the old-age service quality of the community micro-pension institutions from the government and society,the micro-pension institutions themselves,the service personnel in the community and so on.Finally,according to the results of evaluation and analysis,I put forward the suggestions to improve the service quality of community micro-aged care institutions in Chengdu,Including at the government level to strengthen community micro-pension support and supervision,liberalize the old-age service market,social aspects of the introduction of third-party forces and volunteers,Pension agencies to strengthen their own building,the formation of scale and so on.I hope that through this approach to promote the cause of care services in Chengdu,to further enhance the quality of life of the elderly.
