Some Internet institution units(hereinafter referred to as A institution unit)is A high-level talent team,inspiring the whole unit personnel how to able to work and to establish A set of scientific and standardized performance appraisal system is very necessary.Is A institution entity in the performance appraisal level face defects,we can only say that the inspection failed to reflect,A institution unit staff human resources advantages and potential,as A result,the new performance appraisal to build it is necessary for A institution unit.First of all,starting with the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of performance appraisal,the performance appraisal and balanced scorecard are summarized,which provides the basis for the discussion and analysis of this paper.provides a theoretical basis for the analysis of this paper.Secondly,the current situation of A units are introduced,the way of performance appraisal are described,through a questionnaire survey of employees for the performance appraisal of the current confusion,analyze the main problems of the performance appraisal.And then,using the Balanced Score card theory and design of A institution performance appraisal,through the financial,customer,internal processes,learning and growth dimension,design of each performance evaluation content and index,and the weights explicitly quantify the performance evaluation index,in order to enhance the accuracy of the assessment.Finally,the paper puts forward relevant guarantee measures for the system guarantee,motivation,staff communication and guidance of staff performance evaluation in A institution unit.This paper provides an important tool for further improving the performance appraisal of A Internet institution units and effectively solving the problems encountered in the development of the Internet.It enriches the means of human resource management in public institutions,which is conducive to promoting the growth of cadres and thus improving the overall performance level of public institutions.
