The Thought Of Promoting The Rule Of Law Since The Eighteenth National Congress Of The Communist Party Of China

"Law is the important tool of a country,is the precondition of good governance".Comprehensively promoting the rule of law is an important content of the "four" comprehensive strategic layout,is China's basic strategy for modernization,is an important part of the governance capability of the communist party of China and the main content of the modernization of national governance,is the strong guarantee to realize the Chinese dream.Since the founding of new China,the Communist Party of China led the people of the whole country has carried on the unremitting exploration and achieved fruitful results,while also through some detours.After the reform and opening up,especially since the eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China under the guidance of a new generation of leadership core Xi jinping,on the concept and the content of the rule of law,we have made breakthrough progress.The paper is divided into four parts,which studies the idea of comprehensively advancing the rule of law.The first part of the paper mainly introduces the theory of the rule of law of Marxist classical writers.This part briefly introduces the development course of the rule of law in China.The second part of the paper mainly introduces its background.The third part of the thesis expounds the basic content and features of promoting the rule of law thoughts,the basic content mainly includes:first,the change from the management in accordance with the law to governance according to law.Second,the change is happening from the construction of the socialist legal system of Chinese characteristics to the rule of law system.Third,the change from we have law to we need to improve the quality of legislation.Fourth,the change of we emphasize justice to judicial and justice.The part also includes five basic features:comprehensiveness,innovativeness,cooperation,national character and equity.The final section of the paper expounds four points of the Communist Party of China to comprehensively advance the rule of law.
