Research On The Development Of China's Social Finance

Over the past 30 years of reform and opening,China's economy has made a leap in development,as early as in several years ago China has overtaken Japan to become the world's second largest economy.However,the rapid development of economy has also brought a series of social problems,such as environmental pollution,the waste of resources.These social problems not only reduce the economy's growth momentum,but also contrary to the concept of sustainable development of society.The social issues are becoming the main constraint on the economic development,the literature and writings which to explore social problems and achieve social sustainable development are numerous.But in many writings and discussions,to explore the social problems from the perspective of the financial path is rare.The author believes that the social finance as a new financial model,which not only can produce economic returns,but also can help to solve the social problems and bring benefits to the society,realize the sustainable development of the society.From the perspective of the government,society and enterprise cooperation,this paper discusses the outstanding advantages of social finance in economic development,social development and public welfare development.This article discusses the significance and disadvantages of the development of China's social finance through the empirical analysis of the concept of social finance,the germination and the present situation,the realization way.Based on the status quo of the development of social finance in China and abroad,the article put forward specific recommendations and suggestions.The essay is divided into five parts,the first part describes the research background and research significance,it also cites the related literature and views.The second part mainly explains the concept,characteristics and basis of social finance.The third part analyses the development of public finance.The part analyses the origin and development of social finance in China and abroad.The fourth part,based on the comparative analysis of the development of public finance in China and the United States,analyzes the differences and reasons between China and the United States in the development of public finance.Then,the part puts forward some concrete suggestions on policy support.The last part is conclusion.
