Research On The Construction Of The Communist Youth League Organization In Non_public Enterprises In Hebei Province

With the continuous development of the times and China's economic system reform,the non-public enterprises in Hebei province has been developing rapidly,has become an important force to promote economic and social development,to provide a large number of jobs at the same time,has also become an important focus area of the youth and the Communist Youth league.However,because of the diversity of social service and continuously improve the youth ideological and the Communist Youth League organizations in non-public enterprises in Hebei province are facing increasing living space shrinking,ideas and methods of work is difficult to change,cohesion and attraction is declined,which will not only lead to related organizations can not effectively perform their functions,but also enable enterprises to weaken the Youth League the organization of the centripetal force,the mission organization may face the loss of non-public enterprises in this work positions situation,thereby reducing the Youth Foundation of the ruling party.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the construction of League organizations in non public owned enterprises in Hebei province.The starting point of this study is based on how to strengthen the construction of the Communist Youth League organizations in non-public enterprises in Hebei province.First of all,based on the academic achievements of the Communist Youth League,non-public enterprises and enterprises of the Communist Youth League organizations,and to conduct a comprehensive exposition of these concepts,a comprehensive analysis of the different ownership enterprises and non-public enterprises of the two enterprise group.Secondly,it summarizes the development of non-public enterprises and their league organizations in Hebei Province,and analyzes the problems and their causes in the construction process.Finally,according to the situation of investigation and analysis,this paper discusses the countermeasures to strengthen the construction of Hebei non public enterprise League organization from the aspects of the mode of construction,the starting point of work,the organization and management,the construction of the party and the construction of the league.
