The papers focuses on experience of the settlement of labor dispute arbitration procedures between China and Cambodia. Its identify labor issues analysis about labor disputes in China and Cambodia. And characteristics arbitration or mediation or conciliation how China and Cambodia good experience for method to resolve labor dispute. It is generally accepted that Cambodia or China labor arbitration is not a perfect process, but it is a reasonable Alternate Dispute Resolution(ADR) Procedure. More essentially, it is more exclusive than process, and it provides determination to place of work disputes. However, it could be reasonably expected that there is a potentiality for future labor disputes that may seriously affect for China or Cambodia to learn from each other. By way of conclusion, I reflect on alternative China and Cambodia strategies, focusing particularly on rank-and-file connection in a more concrete and proactive approach. However, it is emphasized that there is no explanation, and that strategies must be learned. This necessitates an understanding of China or Cambodia labor dispute strategies and understands into the characteristics of the labor dispute resolution.
