Research On The Network Public Opinion Evolution And It's Governance Of Disaster Event

The disaster event is a specific type of emergency which refers to a sudden and due to artificial factors. Almost of it causes by catastrophic consequences. It tends to attract people's attention and becomes a hot public opinion. With the development of the Internet,network space becomes important place for the spread of public opinion, a certain amount of public opinion in cyberspace comes together to form the network public opinion. A disaster event happened in reality via the spread of the net citizen will form a huge network public opinion on the Internet quickly. How to governance accident disaster network public opinion better is a new problem the government faced.The evolution of disaster event network public opinion is a dynamic process. First, the article divides the whole process into formation period, outbreak period, spread period and fading period, then we study on the behavior characteristics of subjects of public opinion in every period, finally we can conclude the stage feature and development path of network public opinion. Based on the case study of “The explosion in Tianjin”, collecting and analyzing the data to research network public opinion characteristics in different stages, and we analyze of the entry with public opinion attention, subjects distribution, psychological demands and emotional types.The disaster event network public opinion is the object of governance. what`s more,it`s an important factor influencing the effect of social governance, so the government must pay more attention to the guidance of network public opinion of the accident disaster. But,problems such as releasing information not in time, the incompleteness use of the new media platform, inadequacy interaction with other subjects exist in the governance process.Based on the above analysis, this article reckons our government can improve governance by the ways of enhancing the timeliness and effectiveness in information release,innovating management means, making full use of new media platforms, multi-agents cooperation.
