In recent years,electric bicycles and fuel bicycles as the representative of unlicensed two wheeler market have rapidly developed in Taizhou,about 22 millions of electric bicycles and 350 thousands of fuel bicycles have been sold until 2015,and there are nearly 22 million electric bicycles and 80 thousands of fuel bicycles in Taizhou,the two has become one of the main means of transport.Meanwhile,there are many problems: because of the lack of related laws and policies of administration,all the electric bicycles and fuel bicycles are unlicensed.As the results,many traffic illegal actions of electric bicycles and fuel bicycles appear,such as optionally change while riding,randomly across the road,occupy vehicle road speeding,not wearing a safety helmet and so on,all traffic illegal actions produce great influence on traffic order and a surprising number of road traffic accidents.In the article status,traffic illegal actions,the drivers and the cause of traffic accidents of unlicensed two wheeler are analyzed deeply,also the problems and causes exists in the process of the development is analyzed,I want to the way of how to solve the traffic safety problems maintain traffic order and reduce the environmental pollution,points out that electric bicycles as a means of transportation has greater advantages,the government should establish the correct scientific outlook on development,joint other departments,strengthen the right guidance,standardize the management.For the fuel bicycles,because it is not in the technical production catalog,it must be eliminated and recycled in a appropriate way.
