Research On The Diversification Of Governance Subjects In China's Rural Area

With the constant development of rural economy country's benefits pattern became multivariate and complex increasingly.At the same time extensive peasant's interest demand became more diversification and individuation.Thus traditional single-central governance model cannot satisfy the increasingly material demand of peasant,meanwhile following the gradually rise of peasant' cultural quality and political participation intention the requirements of democratic and self-government by husbandman became more and more strength.Besides township government,villagecommittee,the primary-level in rural area party branch there are new folk organizations,rural elites and general villages start to taking party in country govern.Therefore,how to coordinate each diversified governance subjects,make sure administrating country toward better,how solve Chinese recently outstanding problem of Sannong have become more important and extremely urgent.This thesis involves five sections: first part is introduction,the substance include background and meaning of research and literature review,the technology of theory and method,as well as basic framework and conclusion of research.Second section describe the related concept of rural multiple subjects governance,furthermore make rural governance subject divide into authoritative-type subject and unauthoritative-type subject.Authoritative-type subject contain township government,village committee and rural party branch.Unauthoritative-type subject constitute by rural non-governmental organization country elite and common villager.Third section chooses H village located in Henan providence as a object of study which is under-development rural area.This part in-depth analysis the current situation and arisen issue of H village' multiple subject governance with data by interviewed and investigated.Section four proposed relevant countermeasures about open question of H village' multiple subject governance.For promote the coordinated development of rural multiple subject governance,they are need to standard the power operation mechanism between two rural committees,and define the function of township-government reasonable.In the meantime government needs active cultivating non-governmental organization and guiding village elite healthy development,improving and perfecting village autonomy system.Section five as a summary and present some insufficient part and some point need to improvement about this thesis.
